Tidbits in The Office

Have u notice? Today is SEVEN-ELEVEN day!!!

。Sometimes, I will prepare healthy tidbits to bring to office if I wake up earlier enough.
。These simple nutrition foods/ fruits are definately better than biskies and junk foods that I bet many people often treat them as snacks in office.

I always wish to have a balance diet daily. This task getting more difficult since I do partime study and working.
